Kang Chol says he was collected like a bag of rice during arrest

Suspended Petroleum Minister Puot Kang Chol on Wednesday described his arrest on March 4th, 2025, in striking terms, claiming he was forcefully taken into custody “like a bag of rice" from Konyo-konyo market.
